We're a small, focused team in Bangkok dedicated to explaining how pension systems work — clearly, patiently, and without pushing any products.

How Vestglade Came Together
Vestglade started from a simple observation: many people in Thailand — both local residents and long-term expats — find it hard to locate clear, unbiased information about how retirement savings frameworks actually work. Official sources can be dense, and general internet searches often lead to sales pitches rather than explanation.
Founded in Bangkok, our team brings together backgrounds in adult education, document management, and community facilitation. We don't sell financial products, and we have no commercial relationship with any pension provider. That independence lets us focus entirely on making information accessible.
Our work covers three areas: written orientation guides, personal records organisation sessions, and facilitated group workshops. All three are built around one principle — the person we're working with should leave better informed and more confident in navigating their own next steps.
Our Mission
What Drives Our Work
Clarity over complexity
We believe everyone deserves to understand the pension landscape in plain terms, regardless of their financial background.
Independence you can rely on
We receive no commissions, referral fees, or payments from any financial institution. Our only product is information.
Community as a starting point
Much of what we do is shaped by what real community members ask. We let those questions guide our content and workshops.

Our Standards
How We Maintain Quality
Content Review Cycle
All written materials are reviewed against publicly available official sources on a regular basis to keep information current and accurate.
Data Privacy Practice
We handle any personal data shared during sessions with strict care, following Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) principles.
Source Transparency
Every factual claim in our guides includes a clear pointer to the official source, so clients can independently verify anything we present.
Plain Language Standard
We test all written content against a plain-language checklist before publication, aiming for readability for a general adult audience.
Participant Feedback Loop
After every workshop and client session we collect structured feedback that directly shapes improvements to future content and delivery.
Scope Clarity
We maintain a clear written scope for every engagement so clients know exactly what the service covers and where their own decisions begin.
Pension Orientation Resources in Bangkok
Thailand's retirement landscape involves several distinct frameworks — from the Government Pension Fund for civil servants to the Social Security Fund and private provident funds that apply to employees in the private sector. Understanding which framework is relevant to a particular person, and where to find the corresponding official documentation, is often the first practical challenge people face when they start thinking about later-life financial readiness.
Vestglade's orientation materials are designed to fill that orientation gap without crossing into the territory of personal advice. We map the landscape, point to the bodies responsible for each framework, and explain — in general terms — how contributions, entitlement periods, and access processes are commonly structured. Readers are always encouraged to verify their specific situation directly with the relevant official authority.
For individuals building a personal records system, having the right documents organised and indexed can reduce the time and stress involved in any formal process. Our Records Review service brings a simple but effective structure to households that have been putting off that task. For community groups and employers, structured information sessions can help staff and members understand their options — and understand the right questions to ask — well before decisions become urgent.
